Sleep and Vitamin D

Vitamin D levels are all over the news.  It turns out that this little known supplement has many benefits.   I think we all know that we obtain Vitamin D through the exposure to the Sun but I’m not sure if most of us get the appropriate amount of exposure on a daily basis.

In addition, as many of us know sleep is critical to performance.  Appears that Vitamin D and sleep are intertwined.
